Welcome to Blogshop, a storytelling platform where users share photos, videos, short stories, polls, and product stories. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Blogshop Media (“Blogshop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Blogshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Community Guidelines we publish. If you do not agree, do not use Blogshop.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blogshop. In some regions (e.g., the European Union), you may need to be older (e.g., 16) to consent to data collection.
If you are under the minimum age, you are not permitted to use Blogshop.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

Content Ownership & License
You own your content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership. By posting or uploading content, you grant Blogshop a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, modify (for formatting), publicly perform, display, promote, and create derivative works from your content in connection with providing and improving Blogshop. This license continues for content shared or reposted by others, or stored in system backups, even if you delete your account. If you do not want Blogshop to use your content in promotions, do not post it.
User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:
Illegal or Infringing Content
Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.
Share pornography, sexually explicit material involving minors, or adult sexual services.
Harassment and Harmful Behaviour
Harass, threaten, bully, or otherwise abuse other users, or promote, encourage, or engage in violence, criminal conduct, or any unlawful activity.
Malicious or Misleading Content
Post, upload, or transmit spam, malware, phishing attempts, or any content intended to deceive, defraud, spread misinformation or mislead others.
Impersonation and Unauthorized Accounts
Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or create accounts for the purpose of deception, evasion, or misuse of the Service.
Attempt to bypass or interfere with moderation processes, use automated tools or scripts to scrape, collect, or upload content without authorization, or otherwise misuse, disrupt, or exploit the Service.
Moderation & Enforcement
We may remove or restrict content at our discretion if it violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or the law.
Illegal or Infringing Content
Blogshop is not obligated to explain every moderation decision. You may appeal takedowns by contacting support@blogshop.io with subject “Appeal: Content Removal.”
Copyright: We respond to valid DMCA notices where applicable. Blogshop is not responsible for content posted by users.
Payments, Subscriptions & Taxes
Blogshop may offer paid features (subscriptions, tips, paywalls, marketplace). By purchasing, you agree to the payment terms at checkout and any third-party processor terms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated. Blogshop may deduct platform or processing fees. We will disclose these before purchase.
f you are a creator earning money, you are solely responsible for taxes, filings, and compliance with your local laws. Blogshop may issue tax forms where legally required.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your data. By using Blogshop, you consent to our data practices, including the use of cookies and analytics.
Additional protections apply to minors under applicable laws (COPPA, GDPR, CCPA).

Blogshop may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not liable for their terms or content. Use them at your own risk.
Disclaimers
Blogshop is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blogshop (and its officers, employees, and partners) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Blogshop in the last 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blogshop from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Blogshop or your violation of these Terms.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or at our discretion.
Upon termination, some content may remain available if reposted or cached. You may delete your account at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified (via email or in-app). Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
For U.S. users: You agree to binding arbitration for disputes, waiving jury trials and class actions, under the laws of Delaware/California.
For non-U.S. users: Your local consumer protection laws apply, but disputes may be governed by the laws of your country of residence.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines we publish, make up the full agreement between you and Blogshop about your use of the Service. They replace any earlier agreements or understandings on the same subject.
Severability
If a part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply and remain enforceable.
Waiver
The failure of Blogshop to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision, unless expressly acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms apply worldwide. The laws of your country of residence will apply to your use of the Service, and any disputes will normally be handled by the courts where you live. However, in some cases we may specify another governing law and court system depending on where you are (for example, users in Nigeria, the United States, European Union, or United Kingdom). Where local consumer protection laws apply, those rights will not be limited by these Terms.
