Life in quiet moments
The film "With Difficulty Comes Ease" by Korede Azeez really stayed with me because of how the struggles of the characters were shown so realistically. What I liked most was how small details made the story feel true to life.
One thing that stood out was a scene where the main character was clearly frustrated, sitting quietly in his room after a setback. He didn’t say much, but his facial expressions and slumped posture told the story better than words could. That moment made me feel the weight of his struggle and made the film feel very real.
I also noticed the costumes and settings. The clothes the characters wore were simple and everyday, and the houses and streets looked like places I’ve actually seen. This attention to detail helped me connect with the story because it didn’t feel staged or exaggerated.
The dialogue was another part that felt very natural. The way the characters talked to each other, with pauses, repeated words, and small frustrations, made it easy to believe they were real people facing real problems.
Overall, the film showed that even in difficult times, patience and perseverance are important. I appreciated that the director didn’t rush the story or rely on dramatic effects. It reminded me that life is sometimes slow and tough, but relief comes if you keep going.
