Yep, the Top Gun sequel. I had to watch the first again before touching it for a smooth flow. Totally worth the wait.
Miles Teller sure looks like Anthony Edwards, the story just flowed naturally. Charlie (Kelly McGillis) wasn’t in this but her replacement, Penny Jennifer Connelly) blended in real good. They didn’t say who the ‘enemy” was but we all know its Russia, it was connotative and we caught on.

An F-24 actually went against Fifth Gen Fighter planes, that scene totally blew my mind there, Proof that it’s not the plane, its the pilot.
Best movie of 2022

Tom Cruise is who he says he is, the man over delivered.
They even brought back another old face, Van Kilmer aka Iceman.
Pete and Penny were a lovely couple
Iceman and Hangman were cut from the same cloth.💯

A perfect ending to a phenomenal masterpiece, made even more perfect with that soundtrack from Lady Gaga for my playlist.
