In the stillness of the night is when one starts to question their life. 

They question the decisions they've made throughout their days and they sometimes question if it's still worth it to stay. Just take your own life and all will be fine is the thoughts that replay itself in their mind.

 They start to imagine what life would be like if they left Earth way before their time. They question what happens in the afterlife because people say if you take your life hell awaits you but no one knows if it's even true.

In the Stillness of the night when one is left alone with their thoughts death doesn't seem so bad anymore, they question their existence and long for their lives to end. They would take matters into their own hands but they're too afraid to take their own life and the universe isn't kind enough to let them go
