Every 30 minutes out of the 3 hours we spend on each class session is meant for break. And during this break, we pick out a number of things to do on daily basis.

We often break down the time to 10 minutes every 1 hour, reasons best known to me.

So during this break time we do a lot of things, craft, reading, games and a lot more of the fun things you can imagine.

Education is stressful, too stressful for the young brain. So I try hard not to overwork them.

Dear Tutor, give yourself a break.

At least once in a while, drop your gadgets, postpone some activities and rest. You can talk a work, take yourself out and meet with new people.

Break will help you restrategize. 
So go for it. Not much time needed, a minute or two can save you from stress.
