I have found myself gradually accepting my fate, realizing it can't be changed. If I had told myself exactly 1 year ago that this was my reality, I would have never believed it. I feel like I have stolen some else's dream, it was never meant to be this school, this course, this city but I have to play with the cards life has dealt me.
Every step I take on campus, every laugh I share, every lecture I attend, it is as though it is not truly mine. Somewhere out there someone out there, would have done anything to be in my position but here I am taking everything with levity.
