He takes in a deep breath. That really shouldn't be bothering him right now.

JING (CONT'D)

As of yesterday, this property officially belongs to THE JING'S CORPORATION. And as a thank for taking care of my very good friend here, we allow you to live in it for 

  (looks up)

about five years?

He brings his head down and shakes it.

JING (CONT'D)

That's actually a very big thank you.

JIN OH turns to KEVIN. Everybody else was murmuring, both women and children. 

JIN OH

(in KOREAN)

Is that true?

KEVIN

That is the other thing I was going to tell you. The news came in about 10 minutes ago that people from THE JING'S CORPORATION were coming here.

JIN OH gives him a look that says 'Continue'.

KEVIN (CONT'D)

THE JING'S CORPORATION are known around the world for being one of the few organizations that serves the purposes of gangs, bodyguards and also a law enforcement organization. The family is also known for their wealth and ruthlessness to people who disobey the law. 

 LEIGH looks at JING as KEVIN speaks.

LEIGH

(whispers)

That is a weird and rather interesting description.

 JING nods.

JING

(whispers)

I actually don't like hearing it either, but since it solves your problem,

 (shrugs)

I'm good.

LEIGH smiles.

KEVIN

The family has two sons. The first who is married and then him.  

JING

(smiles)

Thanks for the introduction, but if you don't mind of which you shouldn't, we will be taking our leave now.

KEVIN

But she was sold to us.

JING 

(nods)
