According to Goggle Habit is said to be “a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.”
And good habits are “those repetitive actions or behaviors you want to repeat that has good and positive influence on you. They have positive physical, emotional, or psychological consequences."
Bad habits are those actions you repeat that have negative consequences. Some bad habits are harmless, while others can have a deeper, long-term impact.”
To tackle bad habits, you must first acknowledge that they are bad, write them down and without shame work on stopping them.
Some of the bad habits may include
Procrastination, not having or setting a clear goals, selfishness, greediness, lack of self control, impatient, keeping malice and many more others.
These habits, although not physical may harm you directly or indirectly.
They can change your mood and hinder the growth of your productive life.
So as you go about your day, ponder on the negative habits you have and work on getting rid of them.
