“I Have No Reason To Create Drama” – Rosy Meurer Breaks Silence - 1 month ago

Nollywood actress Rosy Meurer has addressed recent rumours surrounding her marriage to businessman Olakunle Churchill, dismissing claims that she unfollowed her husband on Instagram.

The actress stated that she is happy in her marriage and is being treated well, noting that she has no reason to stir unnecessary drama online.

Rosy, who is currently in Cancun, Mexico, celebrating her birthday, explained that Churchill remained in Lagos to celebrate the birthday of his son, King Andre, with his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh. According to her, she deliberately gave him the opportunity to spend time with his son, as they had not seen each other in a while.

She added that she is glad his children are able to experience their father’s presence.

Addressing long-standing allegations, Rosy also cleared the air on claims that she had a romantic relationship with Churchill while he was still married.

“He was like a brother to me,” she said, maintaining that there were no romantic feelings between them at the time.

According to Rosy, Churchill was simply supportive of her career and occasionally took her and her siblings out. She stressed that whatever narratives people believe happened in the past are untrue, adding that she followed the issues in his former marriage online like everyone else.

She further denied claims that she “snatched” Tonto Dikeh’s ex-husband, stating that she does not know Tonto personally and has never met her.

“I don’t know her, I have never met her, we aren’t friends,” Rosy said, adding that they do not have each other’s phone numbers and that she has never visited her home.

Rosy also clarified that she met Churchill independently and not through Tonto, contrary to popular claims online. She challenged anyone with proof that they dated while he was still married to present it.

She concluded by reaffirming her identity as Mrs. Roseline Meurer Churchill, saying she prefers to be addressed as Mrs. Churchill.
