Group A
Production Title: Her Choice
1. My Understanding of My Role in the Production
In this production, my role includes welfare, continuity, behind the scenes, costume, and
sound design. These areas are very important in making sure the production goes well.
For welfare, my duty is to take care of the cast and crew by making sure everyone feels
fine, has eaten, and is in a good state to work. People do their best when they are
comfortable, so Iāll pay attention to their needs and mood. Continuity is about keeping
things the same in every scene. Iāll make sure the costumes, props, and movements are
consistent so that everything looks natural when put together. The behind-the-scenes part
is about capturing what happens during production. I will take pictures and videos of our
moments on set, showing the real work and effort behind the story. Costume is about
helping the audience connect with the characters. I will make sure every outfit fits the
person wearing it and matches the time, setting, and emotion of the scene. For sound
design, my focus is to make sure the audio is clear and matches the atmosphere. Good
sound helps bring the story to life and keeps the audience interested.
2. How I Plan to Carry Out My Responsibilities
I plan to approach my work with proper planning, teamwork, and focus. Before each shoot,
Iāll check the costumes, sound equipment, and continuity notes to be sure everything is in
place. Iāll also keep short notes or photos of scenes to help me remember how things were
before and after each take. I will communicate well with the director and other crew
members so that we all understand what to do. Iāll stay calm and flexible whenever
something changes suddenly. For the BTS, I will record natural moments that show the
real experience of our work, not just the perfect parts. With costume, Iāll always prepare in
advance and have small tools like needles and pins in case something gets torn or
misplaced. For sound, Iāll test all equipment before recording and make sure to have
backups like extra batteries.
3. Challenges I Might Face and How I Will Overcome Them
I know that handling all these tasks at the same time may not be easy. One challenge I
might face is time management, because each part of my role needs attention. I plan tohandle this by organizing my day and doing one task properly before moving to the next.
Another challenge could be keeping continuity during long hours of shooting. Iāll handle
this by checking my notes and pictures after every scene to make sure everything
matches. There could also be sound problems like background noise or equipment failure.
Iāll avoid this by testing the sound early and having backup options. On the welfare side,
people can get tired or stressed after long rehearsals. When that happens, Iāll try to keep
everyone in a good mood and remind them to rest and stay hydrated. Costume issues
might also come up, especially if there are many changes. To manage that, Iāll label each
costume clearly and keep them properly arranged.
Conclusion
My role in this production is to support both the creative and practical sides of the project. I
want to make sure the team works in a comfortable and organized environment and that
every detail in the film connects well. Even though I expect some challenges, Iām confident
that with focus, teamwork, and a positive attitude, everything will come together
successfully. My goal is to help make āHer Choiceā a production we can all be proud of.
