She said -

"I envy you.
You have everything you need in life.
You don't really strive to survive.
Your life is just as blessed as the bees in a hive.
I wish I could just be you."

I looked at her and smiled
And walked away with sigh.

To her -

Life is just a bed of roses for me -
The stars are just but the glories I glee -
The smiles are just but signs of luxuries I swim.

To her -

"He has no worries.
He is among the kings that make merry."

And as I jammed the door,
The tears came back like July rain.

I removed the mask
Which they see and think I am relaxed.
I went to the mirror
To see the man whose happiness billows.
I looked at the man whose piece they thought are in peace.

I wiped my tears
Wore back my mask
And smiled.

Some truths are better  unsaid.
