Dem talk say the co-wife wound well well for the attack and later die because of the injury wey she get
Police prosecutor tell the court say the offence wey dem accuse Safiya of do dey under Section 221 of the Penal Code, and that one na law wey talk about culpable homicide wey dem fit punish with death
When dem read the charge give Safiya for court, the prosecutor quickly remind the court say Chief Magistrate Court no get power to do full trial for case of culpable homicide

Chief Magistrate Sulaiman agree with the request and he adjourn the case for two weeks
