Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, widely known as King Ochacho, has downplayed the value of the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok sensation Habeeb Hamzat, popularly called Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, known as Jarvis, describing it as “small money.”
Speaking during a TikTok livestream with his children, the founder of Ochacho Real Homes said the luxury property in Abuja, presented to the couple at their star-studded wedding in Lagos, was insignificant compared to his wealth and that of his family.
“400 million is no money. 400 million is just 400 naira as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho Real Estate is concerned. It’s small money to them. You guys decided to do that, right?” he said, turning to his children during the broadcast.
Ochacho explained that his decision to gift the mansion was driven by his admiration for Peller’s character rather than social media clout. According to him, the content creator’s generosity and attitude made the gesture an easy one.
“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give,” he said.
He went further to suggest that the Abuja mansion is only the beginning of what he intends to do for the TikTok star. “That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller. The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country. They shouldn’t worry,” he declared.
During the same livestream, Ochacho announced a philanthropic initiative tied to the upcoming birthday of his son, Ice King. He pledged to sponsor the education of selected students across Nigeria by paying their school fees directly to their institutions, provided they present verifiable school accounts.
“If you have not paid your school fees and you have a genuine school account, Ice King is going to help you on Thursday on his birthday. We are going to select a certain number of people across the country that we are going to pay their school fees,” he said, adding that the family was “hungry to deliver.”
The mansion presentation at Peller and Jarvis’s wedding drew loud applause from guests and quickly went viral online, reinforcing Ochacho’s image as one of Nigeria’s most flamboyant and charitable real estate moguls.
