A man received his monthly nepa bill and was shocked at how high it is, he decided to call the office and said "My bill is too high and there hasn't been light for two months now " as how nauuuu!!!!! 

The clerk replied "no light, no bill sir" the man said but my metre is moving like fetus walking. Everyone laughed when the man explained that the metre is spinning even when the light is off
