I believe that no mood is really better or worse than another; whether happy, sad, or just neutral, each mood has a purpose and teaches us something about our inner world. Even when a bad mood takes over, it's important to acknowledge it, feel it, and find ways to go through it. Every emotion  is trying to tell us something about ourselves. Being kind to ourselves, leaning on the support of loved ones, engaging in activities that bring us sweet joy, and practicing mindfulness can all help us loosen the hold of a bad mood. These practices not only ease the weight but also build emotional resilience, helping us return to a place of balance and light.
