On Wednesday,16th July 2025 the students of the faculty of communication 100lvl were asked to represent various cultures like Yoruba ,gbagyi,idoma, tiv,Igbo,edo and some other cultures by presenting various traditions from each culture like their dance language and some even how some cultures choose their brides and even a wrestling competition

My course is film and multimedia studies some of us represented the gbagyi culture while some of us handled the camera aspect by recording every detail and making contents

The presentation was a CA of 20marks of our 100lvl gst course (Nigerian people and culture) each department did their very best and presented and represented each culture they represented very well but from my own opinion I think dev com did the best by presenting the tiv culture where they showcased a little story of the history of the tiv people and even traditional powers and wrestling competitions 

The say was a very nice day which was filled with energy throughout because students were looking forward to see each department’s cultural representation and I can say this activity really is what we call diversity in culture because despite everyone’s different culture , people of different culture came together to represent a particular culture and tribe we started by 3 and ended by 5.
