CHAPTER THRE: WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU USE IT

 

This chapter highlighted the benefits of integrating the 5 seconds rule into one's daily life. It emphasized to people like me who makes excuses when they should be in action the urgent need to adopt the Rule.

 Mel wrote that the 5 seconds Rule tends to awaken what she termed ‘the sleeping courage’ in a user and also set the motion for a user to make things happen instead of making excuses. 

I drew inspirations from the numerous supporting testimonies and I'm so eager to learn the underlying principles of the Rule in subsequent chapters. This chapter was almost boring, but as usual, it's insightful.
