Many people push this narrative that men don’t need to impress, and I honestly don’t buy it. You can’t tell me men don’t have to impress when every other day you see men saying, “Let me buy you bottles, let me take you out.” Effort has always been part of attraction.

The men who refuse to put in effort are the same ones hiding behind this so-called “woke 2025” mindset that doesn’t even make sense. I gave an example from National Geographic Wild: even male birds move in groups, dance, and put on displays to impress female birds.

And when people respond with, “Are you an animal?” well, humans share about 90% of their DNA with animals. If a bird can understand the need to impress a female, then a human being with all their education and intelligence should understand it too.

Some people say men are just getting wiser now, but if you’re a pick-me, just say you’re a pick-me.
