The love story of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette is wilder than fiction, and it is not surprising that it is set to become the focus of the Ryan Murphy series. First on the series was the fictionalised American Horror Story, followed by the American Crime Story, then the American Sports Story, and now comes an all American Love Story.
According to the producers, the relationship between JFK Jr. and Carolyn is their keen interest, and they are very much intending to tell the story.
Although unsure of when the series will begin, the producers are certain that the story resonates with current happenings, and they believe it is a great and amazing story for all to watch. Brad Simpson, one of the series' producers, affirmed that "a lot of young women look to Carolyn as an icon, and that's worth bringing to the screens soon."
JFK Jr. and Carolyn met and hit it off right after JFK Jr. ended his relationship with Daryl Hannah. Carolyn was annoyed. JFK Jr. failed to introduce her to his mother before her passing, and this was JFK Jr's main regret.
The relationship finally became public knowledge in 1995, and the couple got married in 1996. Though Carolyn led a private life, JFK Jr. did his best in ensuring she got the privacy she much needed. JFK Jr became a licensed pilot after getting married to Carolyn and he took up flying as a hobby. But then, JFK Jr got into a trouble during a flight he was piloting with Carolyn and her sister on board and that led to their untimely deaths.
The couple had a beautiful relationship of love but the end was tumultuous. The autopsies concluded that they had died on inmpact.
Hopefully, the Ryan Murphy series will uncover the relentless pursuit of love and the tragic place crash that cut their lives short.
