Have you ever been so scared of the unknown that it starts manifesting? Well I have. Many times though🙂. Anyway I won't bore you with my many stories but here's another story.

During one of our services in church, My father in the faith, Dr Pastor Paul Enenche told us a story. A man was mistakenly locked in a cold room while on duty. He called out for help but no one heard him. He decided to send a message to one of his colleagues. In the message he said that he was dying and he needed help quickly. He told the colleague where he was and waited. Gradually, fear took over his thoughts and those thoughts began sending signals to his brain. He was scared of freezing to death and that began to happen. When his colleague came to open the door, he was found dead. It will surprise you to know that the cold room wasn't working at all. How sad. He was so scared that the cold room began working in his mind causing him to freeze to death. Fear is really terrible. I'll end with my favorite Bible verse.

Isaiah 41:10  Fear not, for I am with thee. Do not be dismayed, for I am thy God. I will help thee, I will strengthen thee, I will uphold thee with my victorious right hand.
