Popular television host Frank Edoho has spoken at length about the collapse of his marriage to his estranged wife, Sandra, alleging that an affair with singer Chike was at the centre of their marital crisis.

In a leaked voice note of a conversation between Edoho and media personality Titilope Faith, the broadcaster claimed that Sandra and Chike maintained a relationship “since Dec. 2022 to Jan. 2025.” He said he confronted the musician directly after becoming convinced that the relationship had crossed the line from friendship to infidelity.

According to Edoho, Chike appeared visibly shaken during their confrontation. He recounted that the singer was in a relationship with another woman named Precious at the time, yet still allegedly involved with Sandra. Edoho said he challenged Chike for encouraging the affair, insisting that if his wife chose to be unfaithful, the singer should not have enabled it.

Edoho further claimed that he received a text message from Chike apologising after their confrontation, but alleged that the relationship between the singer and Sandra continued regardless. He said he tried to prioritise his two sons with Sandra, telling Chike he was prepared to overlook the alleged infidelity if the musician would end the relationship with her. According to Edoho, Chike refused.

The broadcaster described moving out of the family home and staying in a hotel for three months at the height of the crisis. He said Sandra later came to him in tears, pleading for reconciliation, which led to his return. However, he alleged that he soon discovered that the affair had resumed, prompting him to finally walk away from the marriage, though he did not immediately file for divorce.

Edoho said he eventually moved on with another partner, and that Sandra reacted strongly when she saw them together, subsequently initiating divorce proceedings in court.

Reflecting on their history, Edoho stated that he had supported Sandra’s career long before they married, paying for her to attend design school in 2010 and learning interior photography to assist with her interior design business.

He also addressed accusations that he is vindictive, saying he only resorts to “malice” when he feels a partner has crossed a line and all other attempts at resolution have failed.

Edoho was previously married to broadcaster Katherine Obiang from 2003 to 2011, a union that produced three children. He married Sandra in 2013, and they have two sons together.
