When you gaze at you what do you think about you?  Do you stare at the mirror and feel dissatisfied with yourself?

Let me tell you about Toluwalope, before now she didn't like the sound of her voice. She didn't feel confident speaking in public because she felt people will think she was a lady with a tiny childlike voice 🌚But the first time I heard her speaking I didn't think any of that, Instead I found her speaking voice as a full package, I kid you not, her voice can put you to sleep, make you smile, feel good and make you want to hear more of it. She on the other hand, had those thoughts because she didn't know that she was more than the walls of insecurity that she had built over her life. But now, she knows this, she believes it so much and that's why she has a podcast.  Her podcast is called “ With Love, Tolu's Podcast” It is a love note that you get to hear in her voice and it  amplifies the importance of self-love.  She once said; God loves you. He looked at you and declared you the most beautiful being he created. So if God looks at you and loves what he sees why don't you look at yourself and love what you see? 

From this podcast, I have learnt how to have happy thoughts about myself. Each episode is a source of comfort when i have a bad mental health day. 
Also, I think the podcast will win the award for the podcast with the best background music 😁 because her background sounds are just something🥹  in one episode she used a K-drama song as the background music I found it so interesting 🤭
