Chapter 1

There lived a novelist named James; he had a bookshop where he sells interesting books. The novelist also writes interesting books and sells them in his shop. He was known to be a kind, honest, hardworking and neat man. He also knows how to entertain his customers very well. There also lived another man whose name was David. David also had a bookshop where he sells novels. However, his novels were not interesting because, he was a lazy man, he did not know how to write interesting books, and he could not entertain his customers well, so people hardly patronise him. Every day he sees a long line waiting in front of James’ shop to buy his books. He was curious as to why customers kept going to James’ shop, but would never come to his.

One day he went to James shop, not to buy novels, but to ask him why customers keep coming to his shop constantly, why do they like his books so much. Then James answered him and said, “Well i take my time to write my books very well, I make sure I buy good books that are very interesting and good to read, I make sure my shop is well neat and arranged and I always make my customers feel happy and comfortable that is why I have much customers”. David did not believe him because David was too lazy and he did not want to work hard to get customers, so he concluded in his heart that James was using magic to write and he would make sure he find the magic and steals it.
