THE FORGOTTEN SON 4

Whitney and Gunther arrived in Vidibong, journeying through the woods for two days. At every camping point, Gunther tried to find out why they were going to Vidibong, but to no avail. Though worried and nervous, he was thrilled by the adventure. They lodged at an inn. Whitney, after thinking it through, knew he needed to involve his friends in the plan.

"Uhn, look, I want to infiltrate the Palace…." Gunther asked in awe, "Are you out of your mind? Do you want to die?" He stated, "I'm sure you're not telling me to help you because I certainly can't. I don't want to die. I'm still young, and my mother needs me."

Whitney explained, "I'm looking for proof. Inside Lady Vanessa's quarter, it's buried there. My mother said the proof is connected to my father. You know how much I want to know who my father is. Please help me."

After much persuasion, Gunther agreed to help. They started spying on possible routes to minimize danger. Two days passed with no success. 

Gunther rushed in, calling Whitney to come outside. A huge crowd filled the streets, leading to the palace. Citizens gathered, forming an endless wall on both sides of the road.

Gunther asked a bystander, "What's going on today?" The man replied, "King Louis is coming today. He's preferred to King Edward, even after leaving Vidibong, he's still loved by the people." King Louis was visiting his father's grave and paying homage.

 And also a competition would be held to select a strong warrior as a royal bodyguard, King Edward feas that he might be in danger with Louis presence. He narrates
