A TikTok video from a Trump supporter showed the couple arriving in Kanye's Tesla Cybertruck. Fans with "Make America Great Again" flags gathered around the vehicle, excited to see them. Despite the crowd's cheers, Kanye's words couldn't be heard, and Bianca appeared uneasy in the passenger seat. Shortly after, Kanye drove off as fans shouted, "We love you, Kanye!" While Kanye hasn't openly discussed the upcoming election between Kamala Harris and Trump, he previously expressed support for Trump. During a 2016 concert in San Jose, Kanye mentioned that if he had voted, he would have chosen Trump.

West has also sported the red “Make America Great Again” hat and met with Trump at the White House to talk about prison reform and other matters. In 2022, Trump criticized the Grammy winner for bringing far-right activist Nick Fuentes to Mar-a-Lago for dinner. Trump expressed his frustration on Truth Social, mentioning his disappointment with the meeting outcome. He advised West not to run for office, stating it would be a futile effort. Reports suggest that during the dinner, West asked Trump to be his running mate for the 2024 election.
