My journey on Blogshop has been an eventful one, filled with mixed emotions at different points.
Blogshop presented an opportunity to bring my voice to the public—and that, I did. But with putting my voice out there came the fear of judgment. What if my writing wasn’t perfect, well-crafted, or well-executed?
Writing online also came with the challenge of creating a content calendar and staying disciplined with it.
Thank God I pulled through—and to an extent, I’ve reaped the results.
Blogshop promised to be a community for writers and readers, especially university students eager to showcase their skills. And true to that promise, the community shows up—even on your birthday. Thank you, everyone.
Through Blogshop’s reward system, I didn’t just get a space to write—I got a platform to practice my skills and get paid for it.
Slow and steady, I’ve seen improvements in my writing and in my ability to sit down and read other people’s stories online. That, honestly, was the most difficult part—reading what others wrote.
Blogshop has been a great place so far, and it promises to be even more. With features like the blog section, which I’ll soon start exploring, the possibilities are expanding.
Blogshop and the growth it has inspired in me—especially in becoming more disciplined with writing—are bonds I deeply value. They are close companions that can’t be broken.
