"HYPOCRITES" - 1 year ago

We gather in the pews, our faces beaming with artificial joy. We smile at one another, but beneath the surface, we seethe with envy and malice. Our lips move in perfect synchrony, shouting praises to the heavens, yet our hearts remain far from the Almighty. We proclaim God's greatness, but our actions betray our words.

We speak of His might and fearsomeness, but do we truly tremble before Him? Do we fear His wrath or His judgment? Or do we merely pay lip service, our words mere whispers in the wind?

We claim to be followers, but our footsteps rarely align with His teachings. We are masters of hypocrisy, adept at deceiving ourselves and others. Our worship is a charade, a show of piety with no substance.

And yet, we continue to gather, to sing, to shout, and to pretend. But God sees beyond our facade, into the depths of our souls. He knows our true nature, our hidden thoughts, and our secret deeds.

Will we ever truly fear Him, truly love Him, truly worship Him? Or will our words remain mere whispers, empty and hollow, a mockery of the divine?
