There at the southcoast of the wayvenhel sea rested the great and magnificent Delarose cruise ship, a beauty to behold, with a built to withstand the ever windy, stormy and wavy sea of wayvenhel, getting serviced by engineers and crew members making sure it is in good shape before it sails. Delarose AKA El nino grande (the big boy), was nicknamed "the big boy" not because of its size, cause it was not really the biggest of ships, in comparison it will take about 3 ships the size of Delarose to make up the titanic which was considered one of the biggest ship ever created. So size was not a factor for it getting it's alias “The Big boy”.
Delarose was nicknamed El nino grande because of it's prestige and aura, it boarded only rich, famous and influential dignitaries of the country, and only sailed 3 times in a year, even to some rich people it was considered a privilege to board the big boy cause even with money one needed connection to acquire or secure a cabin ticket.
It is curently owned by oil mogul and Actor Vicente Fernandez but before him it was owned by 3 other wealthy people one of which was super model turned business mogul Miriel Devida who was the initial owner of the ship, she was an epitome of beauty who with her fair complexion, golden hair and green eyes turned heads and dropped jaws of men even at old age.
She started her modelling career at the age of 15 were she went on to win prestigious tittles such as miss universe and miss world despite facing fierce competition from other super models like Ana white, Catherine Taylor and Marissa Alves.
She retired from modelling at the age of 34 after she was diagnosed with cancer, she died 10 years later without ever getting married or having kids as she was never able to find true love according to her.
Miriel's terrible family who had no decency and respect to mourn her for atleast a week began fawning and fighting over her possessions imediately after she passed away. To the extend of even fighting on the day of her burial
The fight divided the family, friends and even fans of Miriel disagreed on how the icons hard earned wealth is being squandered in a blink of an eye, but her family were so caught up in sharing and spending her possessions that they ended up in tax debts which led to the government seizing all 3 of the super models Cargo ships.
After lots of legal battles in court the family of Miriel lost and with not enough money to pay of their debts they eventually decided to sell off Delarose then used the money to clear off debts.
Delarose was bought by lawyer and businessman Alejandro Sanz who put it on sale 4years later to clear debts of his other businesses, then bought by Vincente Fernandez the highest bidder.
Vincente age 45 is a very down to earth successful man who lives a private life, but same could not be said for his ever lousy social and extroverted wife who is a successful super model by profession but no where near as successful as her husband, she was very young when he married her and she gave birth at the age of 19 to their only child Naomi.
With The Big Boy preparing to set sail for the 5th and last time of the year, people looking to be part of the crew were interviewed and employed mostly based on the family you came from, someone coming from a low class family stood no chance of being a crew member
but regrdless I still applied, got interiewed and somehow I made it into the list of the crew members, how got hired was a mystery but I was so happy that someone from a low class family like me will get to board the Great El Nino Grande Delarose
