Being religious isn’t enough, my curiosity had the best of me, just like any other person, I wanted to know more, I wanted to know this “God”, so I tried religion, but I found out, that it was not enough, searched differentt books and listened to many teachers, still not enough. Until I looked beyond all of these, the noisess, to know God for myself and what he means to me, beyond theories I come to the realization that , knowing God is a practical process, beyond scientific experimentsb, bue one we put faith in actio. eIntententionally building a relationshipp with God.
I stumbled into a powerful conversation with some ladies a few weeks ago, about “God”, maybe God led me to them, I think I needed to hear that conversation, and one of the ladies said in the conversation “You cannot mix logic (human knowledge ) with spirituality (knowledge of God), those words really stroked me that day, I went back home with something true that I can hold onto forever, an unexpected answer to my long time question, in an unexpected place, “a phone boot” from strangers, their voices were so powerful voice still ring in my head.
Knowing God is not like geometry which needs you to follow a specific formula to get it right, you do not need a degree. All you need is an open heart ready to listen to God and receive his knowledge that is beyond your understanding, therefore you can’t mix logic with spirituality, no matter how much you think you know, that is not enough to know God, the wisest man in the world is foolish if he/she doesn’t know who God is.
There is that longing and emptiness that desires something more than what human nature can comprehend, the place of God, bestowed in the deepest roots of our hearts to make us complete. Knowing God doesn’t need human and artificial intelligence, it just needs an open heart and a willing spirit. Maybe you should stop thinking deep and cracking your brain, maybe you should stop listening to too many things, maybe you should stop doubting and start believing and you will know this “God”.
