As the production manager in the capstone project II, I am assigned with the duty of making sure that every other positions given or distributed are carried out accordingly and timely. I am expected to ensure orderliness and unity so as to accomplish the project timely .

   I intend to achieve this by pure interactive conversations between ourselves, thereby brainstorming script ideas and their filmability and also identifying various obstructions within ourselves. I am tasked with scheduling and planning various steps both pre and post production steps down to the distribution aspect. As the production manager, I would also have to be making quality and timely reports to help wrap up logistics and finances 

  The challenges I face are much , because every other departments problem happens to be the problem of the production manager too, such as budget constraints where the funds available are less than what's expected
