Step 1: Wash Your Hair

Wash your hair once a week or every two weeks to keep your scalp clean.

Clean scalp = better growth.

Step 2: Moisturise Well

After washing, always add moisture.

Use:

Water or leave-in conditioner

Oil or cream to seal it in

Moisture is your hair’s best friend.

Step 3: Protect Your Hair

Protective styles help reduce breakage, like Braids (not tight), twists, or Cornrows

Remember: protection should never be painful.

Step 4: Care for Your Scalp

Massage your scalp gently 2–3 times a week to improve blood flow.

A healthy scalp equals healthy hair.

Step 5: Protect at Night

Sleep with a satin or silk bonnet or scarf every night.

Your hair needs rest too 😴
