💡💡💡 SUNDAY VIBES 💡💡💡
Did we go to church today? I did. Today is an exceptionally beautiful Sunday, like every other one.
I went to church and attended mass, below 👇 are the readings for today:
1. First reading: Wisdom 2:12. 17-20
2. Second reading: James 3:16-4:3
3. Gospel reading: Mark 9:30-37
I actually took chorus today, and I sang beautifully. The readings of today are talking about children, in the Gospel, christ said that whoever receives children receives him, and whatever you do onto children, you do onto him.
The priest spoke specifically on parents giving birth to the number of children that they can take care of, and trying so hard to provide for them basically everything that they need. The children of this generation no longer have regards for their elders, they kill and maim, they even rape their mothers. He talked about Apata, where cultism is the trend. The other day, they killed an innocent young man, the only son and child of his mother, who was doing his POS business.
Getting children involved in war, child slavery, child labor, child abuse, and depriving them of an opportunity to be educated, is doing harm onto God.
Children now turn around and bite their mother (the Catholic Church), it's well, the forget that she birthed them.
He also talked about a snake called Lian kok in his language, it's a dangerous snake, if it wants to give birth, it'll climb a tree, and anywhere it drops it's babies, they should move on from there, it doesn't care if they survive or are eaten by another creature, that's how some parents are, they just give birth to their children and abandon them, they don't even space them properly.
Wherever the Christian religion goes, there's light there, just like Mary Slessor stopped the killing of twins, all thanks to her.
Parents are supposed to be responsible for taking care of their children—that is the dimension of welcoming children. He talked about a village he went to, where small girls get married and give birth to children, and that is how they continue to continue to circle poverty, and according to their mothers, they were not opportuned to go to school, and they decided to get married to give birth to the girls, who in turn gave birth to their own babies. When he saw the young girls at first, he said: why will you abandon these babies to their nannies, but after the preaching and everything, their mothers met him outside and told him that they are the babies mothers, and not their nannies. He warned them, but they were not happy about it.
He concluded by saying that parents that do not their children are not different from pigs and dogs.
Happy Sunday famz ❤️🌹
