When boarding a commercial bus in Port Harcourt always make sure you have "Change" .

I boarded a bus on this fateful day, moving my head from the left to the right  along  with  the rhythm  that was blasting out of the speaker in the bus.

Halfway into the journey, I made a note in my head reminding myself of the activities for the  day, then I crosschecked the items in my bag and oops!
I realized I wasn't with *change,* I began to panic and started thinking of the next action to take. While I was still there in my thoughts, a lady asked the driver to stop the bus, as we got to her bus stop.
She got down and paid the driver, just like me, she didn't have a change. She gave the driver 500 naira  for a fare of 300 naira. The driver started hurling insults at her for not having change and they began to exchange words. I looked at the driver, at the lady and back at the 1000 naira note i was holding, wondering what my fate will be when i would give the driver  mine.... The guy beside me noticed my silence in the midst of the chaos and started laughing when he saw the naira note I was holding, I felt embarrassed and just joined him too in laughing.
In confusion, The other passengers stared at us wondering what could amuse us in the midst of the  heated argument between the driver and the lady but we paid no attention to them. I got to my destination and the guy offered to pay my fare. I thanked him for saving me from  a messy situation with the driver and alighted the bus.
