My Experience, Acting As Amaka In The Play The Missing Jackpot - 5 days ago

Acting as Amaka in our class film "Missing Jackpot" was  truly an immersive experience. I stepped into the shoes of a kind-hearted and caring friend who got  scammed alongside her  friend Obehi. As I navigated the scenes, I felt a mix of emotions - concern, frustration, and ultimately, disappointment.

I had to step out of my zone and step into the character of amaka both on set and in my confront zone

I got to understand my character and although the play didn't end the way the characters wanted it i definitely enjoyed playing the role of amaka cause i feel opportuned  to be able  to be used to as a moral lesson out there to thousands of people that will see the film and prevent them from making the mistake amaka and her friends made

Throughout the filming process, I learned the importance of teamwork and trust. Working with my co-star, we developed a strong chemistry that translated onto the screen. Our director's guidance helped me to tap into Amaka's vulnerability and resilience.

Playing Amaka in "Missing Jackpot" was a valuable experience that taught me about the importance of empathy, trust, and communication in relationships. I'm proud of the work we did, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have brought Amaka to life.
