“What?” I was shocked, Margaret had a smirk on her face and the others looked very interested too.

“If he fails to achieve all these in one year, the property should be taken and divided equally among all the members of the family. In the meantime, he is to be given the private villa and the car in it.”

“No member of the Sterling family is allowed to leave the mansion or live anywhere else in this one year, if anyone leaves, his inheritance should be confiscated and given to either Conner or Matilda, or both.”
