Oyebamiji Says Every Voice Will Count As APC Gears Up For Osun Polls - 1wk ago

All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate Bola Oyebamiji has pledged an inclusive approach to party engagement as his campaign gains momentum ahead of the August 8, 2026 Osun State governorship election. Speaking during recent party events, Oyebamiji emphasised that every member’s input will be valued in shaping the party’s direction and strategy, stressing unity and mutual respect as key to securing victory. He described the APC in Osun as “one big family” where no one will be excluded from decision-making processes.

The APC has also welcomed a number of high-profile defectors from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), a development party leaders say strengthens its grassroots support and broadens its electoral appeal ahead of the polls. Oyebamiji and senior APC figures stressed that the party’s inclusive stance and growing membership base will be crucial to reclaiming Osun and restoring what they describe as good governance and sustainable development.
