🌅MORNING LIGHT“Then Shall Your Light Breakforth As The Morning...” Isaiah 58:8 2024WINGS LIKE EAGLES🎯
VALLEY STATIONS📖BIBLE TEXT: ISAIAH 40:1-3🔎📖 Isaiah 40:3 “ Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain.”In every journey, there are stations between the take-off point and the expected destination. These stations for travelers to punctuate their journeys and may bring joyful or painful experiences to the traveller. However, no matter what happens at a station, it must not be treated as the final destination. God planned to fulfill His promises to us and He addresses some stations that could negatively affect our minds, starting with the valleys. Valleys are depressions in the terrain. They are like depressing experiences that make us sad and deflate our faith. Remember that battles are often fought in the valleys. David faced Goliath in the valley of Elah. Whatever valleys you have experienced, God wants you to look beyond them, to forget the tears and the troubles they have caused. Then, you can soar of eagles wings!👉🏽 VALLEY OF BACA (WEEPING)Psalm 84: 5-7 “Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage. As they pass through the Valley of Baka, they make it a place of springs; the autumn rains also cover it with pools. They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion.”There are stations of pain and disappointments that make you weep. However, no matter the intense pain being experienced, a station is not your destination. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. And the joy of the Lord is our strength! What the devil brings to make us weep shall become a tool in the hands of God to give us strength to forge ahead. Receive the grace to move away from your Baca to the place of greater strength, for the testimonies ahead. Rise and go beyond it!👉🏽 VALLEY OF ACHOR (TROUBLE)Hosea 2:15 “ There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope.”Like Joseph, great troubles may lie ahead of you from the revelation of your dream to its manifestation. Achor means trouble! Let us remember that God has promised to be with us, to hear and to save us in the day of trouble. Satan uses trouble to try to destabilize us from God’s path and plans. But as we trust God and His words through our storms, we have such a great hope of seeing the goodness of God again. This hope helps us go through troubles. No matter the trouble we face today, be assured that we are not hopeless or helpless. Let us draws strength to soar in the spirit above them all! Please meditate and pray with the hymn of Francis Lyte, Pleasant Are Thy Courts.1 PLEASANT are Thy courts above,In the land of light and love;Pleasant are Thy courts below,In this land of sin and woe.Oh, my spirit longs and faintsFor the converse of Thy saints,For the brightness of Thy face,For Thy fulness, God of grace!2 Happy birds that sing and flyRound Thy altars, O Most High!Happier souls that find a restIn a heavenly Father’s breast!Like the wandering dove that foundNo repose on earth around,They can to their ark repair,And enjoy it ever there.3 Happy souls! their praises flowEven in this vale of woe;Waters in the desert rise,Manna feeds them from the skies. On they go from strength to strength,Till they reach Thy throne at length; At Thy feet adoring fall,Who hast led them safe through all.4 Lord, be mine this prize to win:Guide me through a world of sin;Keep me by Thy saving grace;Give me at Thy side a place.Sun and shield alike Thou art;Guide and guard my erring heart:Grace and glory flow from Thee;Shower, oh shower them, Lord, on me.
