A mother of four has taken to Facebook to publicly call out her estranged husband, accusing him of abandoning her emotionally and physically while she endured repeated pregnancies and childbirth almost back-to-back.
In a lengthy post that has since drawn wide reactions online, the woman revealed that she gave birth to four children in less than five years of marriage, stressing that none of the births involved twins. She said the rapid pregnancies left her exhausted, yet she faced the journey largely alone.
According to her, only her first delivery came with any real support, when her mother was present. After that, she alleged, she was left to navigate pregnancy, labour, childbirth and the demanding nursing stage without help, despite repeatedly begging her husband to allow her hire a nanny or domestic assistant.
She claimed he refused every request, insisting she manage the home and children by herself. Behind the smiles she put on in public, she wrote, she was “exhausted” and often in tears.
Compounding the strain, she accused him of persistent body shaming. She recounted how he mocked her changing body, allegedly telling her she was “fat” and that her breasts “do fall,” even as she continued to conceive almost every year.
The breaking point, she said, came when she discovered he was allegedly planning to “number” her – a phrase she used to suggest he intended to take another wife after she had “built” with him through the early, difficult years of their marriage.
Declaring that she has now left the marriage, she wrote that she is “happy” to have “dumped” him, signalling that the decision, though painful, brought a sense of relief and self-assertion.
She ended her post with a pointed warning that the matter is far from over, vowing to fight for her children and stating that she is “coming for them,” an indication that a custody battle may be looming.
