Overtime,I agreed on a point of reporting in a professional and journalistic style. 

One key lesson I learnt is that, from a professional perspective, it is important in news reporting to assess all journalistic steps, such as:

📍 Fairness and objectivity

✅ Balanced sourcing: This is one of the keys to journalistic reporting. It means gathering and using information from different sources to present both sides of a story. This helps avoid a one-sided report.

✅ Data validation and verification: After gathering information from sources, the next step is to check if the data is valid and correct. Data must be accurate and consistent with the original source. Public opinions and criticisms should not replace proper fact-checking. Therefore, validating facts is mandatory for every reporter.

✅ Fairness and objectivity: Objectivity in journalism means presenting facts and information without letting personal feelings or opinions influence the story. You report based on what actually happened, not how you feel.
Fairness is about giving everyone an equal chance to express their side of the story, while objectivity is about sticking to facts and avoiding bias in how those facts are presented.

These lessons helped me understand how news reporting and writing should be done in a professional way, with plenty of on-site practical assignments.
