Tragedy struck Abuja as the well-known crossdresser 'Abuja Area Mama' was found dead in the Banex area on Thursday morning. The news has led to an outpouring of grief on social media, with fans and followers paying tribute to his memory.

Josephine Adeh, spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, confirmed that authorities are investigating the incident and working to gather more details. "I am with the CP, and that is what they are currently working on. I will update you once I have more information," she said.

This incident follows the recent release of another prominent crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, who had been serving a six-month prison sentence for currency mutilation. Bobrisky was seen celebrating his release with friends shortly after his return to freedom.
