WHEN THE SKY HOLDS ITS CRY - 1 month ago

It started in a quietest way, no thunder, no warning, just the clouds slowly gathering thick and low like the sky was thinking deeply about something. The air felt different, heavier somehow and the world seem to move slower as if everyone and everything agreed to pause.
The houses stood still beneath the darkened sky waiting just like us for whatever comes next. I feel there's a strange feeling that comes right before the rain starts. The wind shifts, the light fades , conversations fades quickly than usual and even familiar places begin to feel different. In moment like this you notice things you usually ignore the stillness, the smell of the air and also the way time seems to stretch.
There is something powerful about this calm before the rain it's a remainder that beauty doesn't always have to be loud. Sometimes it is found in between moments, when nothing is happening yet everything feels possible. Even the most ordinary days can suddenly feel meaningful, just because the sky decided to hold its breath.
