This is the gap that kills more businesses than lack of access ever will: having the tool and never redesigning the process around it.


A quick diagnostic, ask this of any "digital" initiative in your business:



1. Did we change how a decision gets made, or just where the data sits?

2. Can someone new follow this process without asking three people for help?

3. If this tool disappeared tomorrow, would our output actually drop, or would we just go back to how we did it before, quietly?


If the answer to question 3 is "we'd just go back," you don't have an operational system yet. You have a subscription.
