Protesters gathered again at Gani Fawehinmi Freedom Park, Ojota, on Monday 5th August to continue their #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria demonstrations.

The protesters expressed dissatisfaction with President Bola Tinubu's Sunday address, criticizing him for taking three days of protests to speak to the nation.

Videos circulating on social media from the fifth day of protests in Ojota showed a man, half-dressed, chanting in Yoruba, "We are angry, we are hungry."

Juwon Sanyaolu, tweeting as #AyowoleSanyaolu, urged others to join, saying, "Protest has started in Ojota; if you are still home, you are wrong!"

The nationwide protests underscore the frustration among Nigerians regarding pressing national issues.
