Tinubu Celebrates Wife, Says Nigerians Owe Her Gratitude - 3 months ago

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has celebrated his wife, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, on her 65th birthday, praising her as a pillar of strength not only to him but to the nation.

In a statement on Sunday, Tinubu described her as a “steadfast confidant and source of strength” whose sacrifices over the years have often gone unnoticed.

He noted that during times of political struggle, exile, and personal hardship, she stood firmly by his side, carrying heavy burdens in silence.

The President said Nigerians owe the First Lady deep gratitude for the roles she has played, from supporting his leadership journey to inspiring women and young people through her compassion, discipline, and faith.

He added that her resilience and quiet commitment to service continue to strengthen families, communities, and the nation at large. Tinubu prayed for her long life, peace, and continued fulfilment.
