Episode 6
Mr Chidindu and his son could be seen walking to Mr Chigozie's house, with Nnanna carrying a keg of palm wine in his right hand, they were going to perform the traditional rites for Amanda's hand in marriage, they trekked for a while, and finally, they got there, and this was their conversation:
Mr Chidindu: knock knock here.
Mrs Adaora: yes, who is there, Amanda, go and check who is at the door?
Amanda: (after checking the door, greets them): mummy, it's uncle Nnanna and his father.
Mrs Adaora: let them in.
(Amanda opens the door and they come in.)
Mrs Adaora: welcome, my inlaws.
(Amanda muttered to himself: inlaws kwa, what is my mother saying?)
Mrs Adaora: Amanda, go and call your father.
(Amanda was lost in thought, why will uncle Nnanna come to our house with a keg of palm wine, and why will mummy call them her in-laws, I just hope it's not what I'm thinking, then she walked down, to her daddy's room.)
Amanda: (opens the door) daddy, you have visitors.
Mr Chigozie: who are they?
Amanda: it's Nnanna and his father.
Mr Chigozie: Oh, they're here already, tell them that I'm coming.
(And Amanda leaves to tell them.)
