Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s wife, Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh, has reportedly died after being critically injured in the same U.S.–Israeli strike that killed husband, Khamenei.
Iranian media say she had been in a coma following those strikes and on March 2, 2026, she succumbed to her injuries.
